These Terms apply to all individuals residing in Bangladesh who use the sha256 platform. Users must be of legal age under Bangladeshi law and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement on their own behalf. Creating or using an account on behalf of a minor is strictly prohibited. sha256 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time; continued use of the platform following any changes will be deemed acceptance of the updated Terms.
If any information provided during registration is found to be false or misleading, sha256 reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account at any time. Users are fully responsible for all activities carried out through their account. It is the user's responsibility to keep their account information accurate and up to date.
All users must comply with applicable laws in Bangladesh while using the sha256 platform. Fraudulent activity, system manipulation, use of automated bots, or unauthorised access to another user's account is strictly prohibited. If any such activity is detected, the account will be permanently and immediately suspended, and legal action may be taken where necessary.
Users must ensure that online betting and gaming is legally permitted in their area of residence. sha256 is not responsible for verifying the legal status of any user. Attempting to exploit bonuses or promotional offers by creating multiple accounts is a punishable offence and may result in the cancellation of all associated accounts and forfeiture of deposited funds.
If any technical bug or error is discovered on the platform, users have an ethical responsibility to report it to the sha256 support team without delay. Attempting to exploit any such error for unfair gain will be treated as fraud.
All transactions on sha256 are conducted in Bangladesh Taka (BDT). Deposits and withdrawals must be made exclusively through mobile banking accounts (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) registered in the user's own name. Third-party transactions are strictly prohibited; any such transaction detected will result in immediate account suspension.
Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before any withdrawal request is processed. sha256 reserves the right to request additional verification documents for any transaction and may temporarily hold suspicious transactions pending review. Any funds credited to an account due to a technical error may be reclaimed by sha256 at any time.

The sha256 platform provides its services on an "as-is" basis. sha256 shall not be liable for any loss arising from technical issues, server outages, internet disruptions, or third-party actions. sha256 bears no responsibility for any financial losses incurred through betting or gaming activities, as these are entirely the user's own decision and risk.
All content on the sha256 platform — including logos, designs, software, content, interfaces, and brand identity — is the exclusive intellectual property of sha256. Users are granted a limited licence for personal, non-commercial use only. Copying, reusing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any part of the platform without prior written permission from sha256 is strictly prohibited.
Sha256 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for any reason, including but not limited to violations of our Terms & Conditions, fraudulent activity, suspected money laundering, or compliance with legal directives. We will make every effort to notify users before closing their account; however, in urgent situations, action may be taken without prior notice. Any valid balance remaining in a closed account will be refunded following verification.
Sha256 is not responsible for the content or security of any third-party links or references that may appear on the platform. Users visit third-party sites at their own discretion. These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and any disputes shall be settled in Bangladeshi courts. sha256 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time; notice of significant changes will be posted on the platform.
